September is a breath of fresh air for so many parents — the kids are back at school or uni, the house is (mostly) yours again, and you finally get a moment to think. But it’s also the month where the to-do list explodes: school admin, after-school clubs, meal plans, work deadlines… and somehow, you’re meant to find time for you in the middle of all that.
This month’s theme — Back to You — is about claiming what you need to feel steady and supported. Because you can’t pour from an empty cup.
Here are 3 ways to get Back to You this September:
Set new boundaries
Whether that’s a “no phones after 8pm” rule for you, to read more, or blocking time for exercise or hobbies, the new term is the perfect chance to reset expectations for everyone.
Refresh your routines
September is like a mini New Year. Small systems — like a family calendar, baskets, or shoe racks for shoes, and a morning routine that works for everyone — saves hours of stress each week.
Make space for your needs
You don’t have to do it alone. If you need practical help to organise the house or help to tackle the ‘life admin’, my one-off or ongoing support is designed for you.
Getting Back to You doesn’t mean adding more to your list. It means letting go of what drains you — and putting simple systems in place so you feel calm, clear-headed and ready for the term ahead.
Ready to create more breathing room? Let’s do it together.
