DECLUTTERING & HOME ORGANISING IN
OXFORDSHIRE

REBECCA CRAYFORD - HOME & LIFE ORGANISATION

Looking for some help getting your home organised in Oxfordshire?

Whether you need help with one particular room, overflowing cupboards and wardrobes, or paperwork that’s got out of hand, I can help you get things sorted.

I’m a professional home organiser based a few miles outside Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire, and have been helping busy women organise their homes for the past 10 years.

I provide practical, hands-on help with decluttering and home organisation, paperwork and putting simple systems in place to make everyday life easier. The aim isn’t to create a perfectly organised home, but one that’s easier to live in and easier to manage.

I work with clients in Henley-on-Thames and across the surrounding area, and can also work with you virtually if you live further afield.

You don't need to organise your whole home.

Sometimes it’s just one part of your home that isn’t working as well as it could.

It might be a wardrobe where you can’t easily see what you have, kitchen cupboards that make finding and putting things away harder than they need to be, paperwork that’s built up, or a spare room that’s gradually lost its purpose.

Getting one of those areas sorted can make a surprisingly big difference to everyday life. We can focus on the thing that’s bothering you most, work out what needs to change and create something that’s practical and easy to maintain.

How I can help

FIND THE SUPPORT THAT'S RIGHT FOR YOU

Ways I can support you

Sometimes you know exactly what you want help with. Other times, you simply know that something at home isn’t working and you’re not quite sure what needs to change.

That’s absolutely fine. We can start with the area that would make the biggest difference to you — whether that’s decluttering and organising a room, getting your paperwork in order or sorting out important personal information and documents.

You can book a one-off session to tackle something specific, or if you’d like regular help keeping things organised and working well, I also offer ongoing support throughout the year.

FAQs about home organisation in Oxfordshire

How much does a professional organiser in Oxfordshire cost?

I offer a range of options depending on how much help you need:

  • 2-hour session – £130

  • 4-hour session – £225

  • 6-hour session – £325

These prices include up to 20 minutes' travel each way from where I live near Henley-on-Thames. If you're more than 20 minutes, do get in touch and I'll let you know if there would be an additional charge for travel. For larger projects, we can arrange several visits, depending on what you'd like to achieve.

Where should I start if several areas of my home need organising?

I always suggest starting with whatever is annoying you most! It might be a wardrobe that's difficult to use, a kitchen cupboard you can never find anything in, or a spare room that's become a dumping ground. We can work out what would make the biggest difference to your everyday life and start there.

Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?

No, please don't feel you need to tidy up for me! It's actually useful to see how you currently use a space and where things tend to accumulate. That helps me understand what's not working and what we could change to make it easier to keep on top of things.

Will we work together, or can you organise things while I'm out?

I'm happy to work alongside you or independently, depending on what needs doing and what works best for you. If we're decluttering, I'll always check with you before anything is thrown away or donated. It's your home and your belongings, so those decisions are always yours.

Can you help me organise paperwork as well as my home?

Yes. I can help you sort through paperwork that's accumulated, decide what needs keeping and set up a straightforward filing system so you can find what you need. I also help clients organise important personal and financial information through my Easier Now, Kinder Later service.

Can you help with a larger home organisation project?

Absolutely. Some clients want help with one cupboard or room, while others have several areas they'd like to tackle. I offer two-hour, four-hour and six-hour sessions, and we can arrange a series of visits for larger projects. We'll agree what to focus on and work through things at a manageable pace.

Do you offer regular home organisation support in Oxfordshire?

Yes. My Home & Life Ongoing Support service is designed for clients who'd like regular help keeping their homes organised and working well. This might include seasonal wardrobe changes, refreshing cupboards and storage, sorting paperwork or tackling areas that need attention as life changes. We can put together a plan based on what would be most useful to you.

My paperwork had got completely out of hand. I had an old filing cabinet full of things I no longer needed, while all the current paperwork was piling up in the kitchen and spare room. Rebecca helped me go through everything, we shredded what I no longer needed and organised the rest so I could actually find things easily.
She also helped me sort out my snug, which had gradually become a bit of a dumping ground and no longer felt like the cosy room it was supposed to be. By the time we'd finished, I had my paperwork under control and my snug back!
