Home & Life Ongoing Support: Keeping your home working for you

Creating a home that works well is one thing. Keeping it working well as life moves on is often the bigger challenge.

Most clients begin with a 2-hour ReSet session, where we tackle an area of your home that's no longer working for you — perhaps a room that's lost its purpose, an overflowing wardrobe or paperwork that's got out of hand. Once we've created practical, organised spaces and systems that fit around the way you live, Home & Life Ongoing Support provides a year of proactive support, with a monthly visit and an annual plan tailored to your home and family.

Why choose ongoing support rather than ad hoc sessions?

You could simply book another ReSet session in a few months' time. For some people, that's exactly the right approach. But rather than wait until life happens, with the ongoing support service I'll already be thinking ahead, so you don't have to. Together, we'll follow a proactive annual plan to keep your home working smoothly throughout the year.

Life has a habit of quietly filling our homes again. A holiday, family coming to stay or simply a particularly busy few weeks can mean paperwork builds up, wardrobes become harder to use or rooms gradually lose their purpose. Ongoing support helps you stay one step ahead, so your home continues to support the way you want to live.

What happens each month?

Each monthly visit is guided by your annual plan, tailored to your home and family.

It might include a post-Christmas reset, a paperwork review before the tax return deadline, seasonal wardrobe changes, or helping a room that's gradually become a dumping ground work for you again.

You won't need to worry about what we should tackle next because I'll already be thinking ahead. The plan gives us direction while staying flexible enough to respond to what's happening in your life.

Why my approach is different

I create practical systems that fit around the way you already live and, where it helps, suggest small tweaks to everyday routines that make them easier to maintain.

The aim is simple: to help you stay on top of things and keep your home working for you without having to constantly think about what needs doing next.

What my clients say

"Rebecca knows our home and how we live so well now. I don't have to start from scratch each time — she already understands what we've put in place and is always thinking about what would make things work even better for us." — LS, Kidmore End

"Having Rebecca work with us regularly means we're always thinking one step ahead. We have a plan for the year, so I know what we're going to focus on and when, but it's flexible enough to change as family life changes. And the best thing is I don't have to be the one constantly thinking about what we should tackle next!" — PH, Nettlebed

"I feel confident knowing that we are getting organised and putting systems in place that will help us stay that way." — AH, Pangbourne

The difference it makes

With Home & Life Ongoing Support, you're not starting from scratch each time. You have someone who already knows your home, understands how you live and is thinking ahead.

The result is a home that keeps working for you, without you feeling like you're constantly trying to catch up.

Because I work closely with each client, I only take on a small number of ongoing clients at any one time.
